Housing Capital Projects
Any tenders with an estimated value of $75K or more will only be accessible through the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC). Please note that all vendors must meet the following pre-qualifying requirements in order for selection:
- Must be a registered business with a current municipal business license or a Corporate Registry Number
- Must have a G.S.T. Number
- Provide evidence of WCB Alberta Coverage
- Provide evidence of sufficient General Liability Insurance coverage
